| Well sorry to say but girls usually stop growing around 14-15. Since breasts are mostly made of fat, you should eat more. But its also hereditary. Look at your mom's boobs grandmom's etc. If theirs aren't too big, then its kind of going to be impossible for you to get them bigger. My friend also is in the same boat as you. She told me she's been taking birth control, and their making her boobs bigger. (There's estrogen in birth control which is whats causing them to grow). Either that, or buy a push up bra.
